Continuing on with our sustainability journey, we were looking for an eco-friendly alternative to reducing surplus in our warehouse without contributing to textile waste. By offering upholstery fabrics to our community through Circular Sourcing, we believe we can successfully turn our excess stock into an opportunity and keep it in circulation better reflecting its potential. The use of surplus is critical in a transition to a circular economy.

Circular Sourcing is Australia’s marketplace for designer deadstock and quality surplus.

Circular Sourcing exists to connect unused textiles with people who can put them to use helping the industry shift from a linear model – make, use, discard – to a circular one, where materials are recirculated, reused, and given new life.

Every metre of fabric carries a hidden environmental footprint, from the energy used in spinning mills to the water consumed in dye houses. Traditionally, those impacts are locked in forever, whether the material is used or left idle in a warehouse.

Surplus fabrics aren’t waste. Surplus fabric is one of the most underused resources in the industry — and one of the most impactful to reuse.

 

The fabrics we have available through Circular Sourcing's UPHOLSTERY COLLECTION have been made using the same love for sustainability and for Australian Made products. All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and the fabric is cut, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.  Some fabrics may include faults; we will try to provide you with a suitable piece for your needs.

 

Sample swatches are able to be purchased from the Circular Sourcing website before placing an order, we do our best to ensure the colour of the fabric online matches the physical fabric, however due to the vast colour variances in monitors and device screens we cannot guarantee the colour will be an exact match to what is viewed online.

 

There is a minimum cut of 1metre of fabric, please understand that these fabrics are limited and will not be manufactured again. If stock runs out, it is gone. If you have a large ongoing project, we recommend picking from our current range.

As these fabrics are Deadstock, they do not include our 12-year warranty.
